excellence in service,very clean,fantastic views,great resort for relaxation after a wedding day. The view. The view. nice loication, fataswtic view, big priuvate teėrritory. Clean, new hotel, modern facilities, lovely pool and nice staff. Restaurant manager Antoio was superb. After a dodgy and over priced meal one night he took great pains to find out what was wrong with our meal and to put it right. He didnt forget it either and made sure everything we had from then on was absolutely spot on. A really hard worker with the right attitude.

The View of the open sea was excellant and very quiet area to have a break from the busy days in the town. Beautiful gardens and surroundings - idyllic setting. Breakfasts good.The location was great. lounge sea platform. The gardens were landscaped. The location of the hotel. Pool was ok, except for the rude and unhelpful poolattendant. The rest was a disappointment. the emplacement is unique, the platform at the sea level is great. i think the buffet time is too early,especially when you are on holidays and want to sleep in. The breakfast everyday same food - no creativity. many facilities was not working. Bad breakfasts, expensive dinners = food was not good. Some of the smaller things werent there or just didnt happen - one day no pool towels were available despite chasing the pool guy, no literature in the room re the hotel services - even the spa where they could have achieved some additional sales from us, had no literature anywhere other than in the spa. The gym had great new cardio machines but no sweat towels, water, floor mats or weights. The breakfast - something is missing all the time. Dishes, cups ... normally dirty. Understandable in a 4* hotel. Reduced staff.Too much steps and hills although there was the electric cars. Appeared to be poorly managed, during our stay only one pool was open - it tended to be overcrowded and noisy, with young children using the deep end of the pool not the shallow end. `The closed pool was called Dolce Vita and I think it may have been adults only. Courtesy bus unreliable - left us stranded and we had to take a taxi - 25 euros which the hotel reimbursed. One evening meal- horrendous. Although it is July most of the amenities were closed. staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. the 3rd pool , was not in use. The hotel was empty, lots of facillites closed, service poor, problems with internet service, decor was dated, overcharged on mid-day meal, overcharged and errors on final check out bill. Restaurants closed, beach platform had no beach, internet access didn't work and staff didn't help or care, poor location, shop closed, buffet dinner expensive and cold. only 1 restaurant open. No possibity for a snack or lunch as no food is served between breakfast and 8pm. the restaurant option was very expensive and not flexible..50€ per pers for a buffet.... Staff were not very helpful neither friendly but that might have been due to language barrier (only 1 pers in the whole hotel speaks english) and my italian is very poor unfortunately..Just about everything really. There was only one restaurant open during our stay. Set menu at 45 euro a head was expensive and the food poor. Terrible might be a better word. Breakfast was rubbish. eggs cold, bacon cold, fruit overipe and sometimes frozen, hot water lukewarm, coffee undrinkable etc etc. Staff were surly and unhelpful, total lack of information volunteered or given when asked. The hotel does not have enough staff for all the facilities it makes publicity for. In august it seemed to be kept at minimal levels in terms of staff. For example: kitchen closed outside regular eating times, absolutely nothing to eat (not a single snack). Only one person working at the sea platform: he was in charge of selling drinks, organizing the sun-umbrellas and was the life-saver!.
