  A fantastic experience. I was looking forward to a proper break and from the moment I arrived at the Ritz Hotel I enjoyed every single moment. The Customer service at the Ritz was brilliant.   Loved the local "feel" of the hotel. Felt like family run Italian style hotel - which is excellent compared to the usual corporate setup. Food was excellent, staff were pleasant and helpful.
