Staff is very professional and helpful die location of the Savoy is one of the best you can find in Florence the breakfast is excellent on my wifes 50th. Birthday they prepared a special cake for us and organised beautiful flowers. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, virtually everyone had a smile at all times and were more than willing to help on anything. Wonderful staff, excellent service and accommodations, centrally located to all points of interest.
