location of the hotel!!, large spacious rooms, renovated interior... a must stay hotel if you visit Firenze! forget small-tight rooms. this is something different. your own appartement in the center of the city. we loved it. Price very good but special offer at 150€. everything is beautiful,location great, people very nice. Service great with everything offerfor the breakfast the first day. Excellent choice.

There was limited hot water supply, so if there is more than one person in the room, shower time may need to be spaced out to wait out for the hot water supply.The traffic noise was very loud because the windows were not sound proof. The kitchen could have been better equipt with knives and basic froods. There was nothing I could complain about.Because of he location (across the duomo) lots of traffic noise. It is not really a hotel and should you require room service it is not available. This was not really a disadvantge however as if you are in Italy you should not be ordering room service anyway.No breakfast. if there was an additional toilet it will be perfect. One toilet for 4 persons was a bit difficult especially in the morning when all rushing to wash up to go out. But if no time constraint no problem. Overall a very good hotel to stay.There was a strong sewage smell in the lobby and corridors of this hotel (thankfully, the smell did not permeate into our room.) As well, there was a strong chlorine smell in the water from the faucets. As the hotel is situated on the biggest place of firenze, there is a lotof noise during all of the night.... We didn't sleep for two nights!!!!Noise isolation is unapropriated. It smelled really bad in the hotel, like rotting garbage. It was an unpleasant suprise to find out that the king bed we supose to have in our room is only a sofabed. And the newly pained room has strong smell that made myself and my daughter sick. The room facing the Duomo is very noisy in the night.
