We liked the hepfulnes of the staff, the position of the hotel, the breakfast was good, everything was very clean.

On one occasion there was a school group in the hotel and for one evening it felt more like a youth hostel than a 4 star. However, his was down to the management of the group by the staff in charge of them.

Katia, a member of staff pulled out all stops to get us on a trip. She was great. All the other staff were lovely and friendly too and the hotel, though in the middle of a busy area, was very quiet and serene.

Beautiful hotel, fairly close to the city center (10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio). Parking available at the hotel for no extra fee. Hotel staff very professional. A wonderful restaurant located just across the street. Disco located half a block away.

Daily Internet fee is 25 Euros. Outrageous.

We just stayed for one night, we came early, exhausted, and the staff was kind enough to give us the room much earlier than we had expeted, so we could rest. A flexible hotel. Good!
