We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Our view of the lively piazza was outstanding. We enjoyed the street musicians from morning til night, yet the sound-proof windows allowed us to sleepy soundly. The decor was also charming, and we appreciated the availability of tea, coffee, and biscotti 24/7. Wifi was also very reliable. A unique highli.

Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all. We loved the location of the b & B. We also enjoyed having the space in the kitchenette where we could bring in dinner and or wine if we wanted to eat in. The location was close to the train and close to major sights. The employees were very helpful. The room was so clean. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served at the cafe a block away that was offered with our room. Sandwiches, pastries and cappuccino was the best. We would stay again for sure. There was a mix up in the booking and the staff admitted it was their error and offered all the items in the mini fridge free of charge during our stay. Staff was not very friendly upon arrival, the owner was in a rush and was not very gentle (maybe it's something with the italians in general I guess); Breakfast was served in a very nice cafe near the B&B, but the pastry options and the breakfast menu was way too limited. Could have got a better breakfast for less money in any cafe. I stayed in a triple room on 3rd floor and the wifi was very poor but it was excellent in my friend's room on the other end of the building. Nothing. Nothing. Maybe only the fact that no reception after 7.30 pm. But if you will only check in during the day, there is nothing to complain. The wi-fi conection in the rooms is very low, you have to go to the reception if you want to be connected. My only one suggestion is to improve the internet conection inside the rooms. Everything else is perfect!. Nothing. The mattress was too hard for me. I wished they could've served the breakfast on site and not down the street (two blocks away) at a regular cafe... the service at the cafe just can't compare to the attentative service you would usually get at a B&B. We couldn't stay longer!. Can be difficult to find with a plaque next to the door at the street level. Must arrive by 7 pm or so as there is no one at reception for check in after that time. After 7 pm once you've checked in you let yourself in and out of the building with keys. It was a little hard to locate but this became insignificant after the amazing experience we had. Sometimes and TV stations and wifi wouldn't work in the morning or evening when we wanted to relax inside the room. Apart from that, I'd return to the B&B and probably book and larger rooms next time. The fact that this is not an actual hotel but apartments within a residential building. The building was old and elevator ancient although the rooms were renovated and stylish. Very noisy as the Hard Rock Cafe is just down the road and people are screaming in the streets to the early hours of the morning. you can hear other people on the corridor, weak hairdryer. breakfast was mainly pastries - but not a big issue for us. Having to leave. Location is stunning but a car is needed to get anywhere. Nothing.
