The staff were very friendly, and Luca gave us a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived. It was so nice to have the use of the pool at any time of the day or evening.   Room was really big and very nice bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Just perfect after a big climb on mount etna (we did not use skilifts or jeeps). Village center had the best pizza place ever (el diablo). Good value for money
