Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were not big but nice and with comfortable beds. Even the bed-sofa, which is unusual in my experience.

We booked a room with balcony but were initially given a small room with no balcony on 1st floor - not pleasant. When challenged we were offered 'the last' room with balcony which was much much better. We had to produce our booking receipt to avoid being charged more. Refurbished nicely. Good breakfast.

Excellent location, right at the seaside, with the beach right in front of the hotel. And on the other side - a street with restaurants and shops, making it extremely convenient. Rooms were spacious, with good furniture, we actually had a full sea view. A very good place to stay in Finale Ligure!
