The staff was very welcoming. I had my small children with me and they made us feel right at home. The personal attention during breakfast was more than we could have asked for. The view was beyond amazing. Our sliding glass door open right up to a personal pier over looking the lake along with a small personal beach area. We will stay again. Very nice terrace with view to the lake, calm and quiet place, comfortable and clean bed, good breakfast, friendly staff, walking distance from Desenzano historical centre.

Airco in room excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bed linen was a pretty dated considering the location and elegance of the hotel. Besides that, everything was wonderful. Small bedroom, actually the image that is shown at the webpage was different from reality. Hotel is bed and breakfast only, so no chance to eat anything for dinner (during day they prepare light lunch - e.g. pizza, salat,... But close to hotel we found at least 3 nice restaurants. Breakfast, non-high quality food, the room, need refurbishment. Toilet in the pool area did not have doors. At all! This was wierd. that i only stayed for two nights ;). Poor choice of breakfast meals (for long stay). Beach equipment & conveniences - something must be done to open sewage pouring (left side of the beach) and to dismantle former constructions in the water. Bathrooms need to be modernised but they were ok. Tired hotel in need of updating. Very sorry to say that this was the worst disappointment ever with letsbookhotel.com: - poor infrastructure - poor maintenance overall - beachfront unacceptably maintained - no service after 10pm Overall: VERY BAD VALUE FOR MONEY accommodation, not at all comparable to other 4-star accommodation in Italy. The service, over priced.
