Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car). Thanks to Valentina and Giulio for a good staying. We stayed at the apartment outside of the hotel only for overnight. The place was comfortable and clean. Beds were made and ready for us. Breakfast in the Hotel was good. Hotel itself has lovely decoration. Very good location near the highway.
all reviews » i stay in room 198 was a perfect room , with a small garden were you can smoke :) and was quiet . Morning food was ok but if you are hungry you will close the buffe . any way all was super for this money :). Very well situated for Bergamo, it's airport and autostrada - perfect for travellers with a car. A good breakfast and a very attractive reception and dining area. We stayed in independent family apartment 200m from the hotel. Air condition, spacious apartment with washing machine. 10-15min drive to Orio al serio airport. This is a place where you finde simple food and simply nice souls. Great value for the price if traveling by car from Bergamo. Friendly staff and good breakfast. ask all time hotel for a real taxi no that man with a his car fk him you must wait him like 30 min when he say 10 :| so make sure you get a real taxi . Not much space in the quadruple room, but still good value because it was very cheap. the direction signs for the hotel from the main road could be clearer as the hotel is hard to find if you miss them. nothing. Only for travelers by car. The room smelt a bit of cigarettes (non-smoking room). Pillows are too big and too hard. Impossible to sleep. room walls, guy next door was snoring all night and could hear very easily. Spa not included 20euros just for entrance private garden is misleading its the front garden/entrance serving all rooms in block. We were at penthouse level rooms which stank of cigars, rooms were very poor hostel type of decor, beds uncomfortable, cold floors and faulty heating! Avoid like the plague!.
