  This was probably one of if not the nicest, most charming hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Italy. The view is spectacular, and so well located. Super easy to get to. You can take a stroll through the quiet streets and admire the charm of the stone buildings and little piazza, or take the car down for a drive to the beach for some amazing s... what people say » eafood restaurants. The owner and his mother were also very sweet and helpful. A bit hard to communicate as they spoke minimal English, but that's ok, - The historical location of the b&b in Grottammare's old town. The fabulous room decorated stunningly, with comfy bed, lots of space and plenty of cupboards. Beautifully appointed room and breakfast area. Outstanding breakfast in a fabulous environment! Loved Stefano's warm, friendly and affectionate mother. Plus, she made the best cappuccinos ever!

  The accommodation was spacious, modern and clean. We had a lovely apartment overlooking the seafront with a good sized balcony. As a young family it was a bonus having our own washing machine in the apartment. Mariella and Angelica were incredibly hospitable to my family and I, the best hosts we have encountered on our travels.
