It was very clean, very well located, better than expected, good breakfast. Central, near lake and restaurants. Confortable and pleasant. Clean. Nice hotel staff..hotel is very clean even in common bath area. the services at the reception and the clean nice room in the center of Como. The Breakfast.location. Brilliant location. It was spottlessly clean and the location is great. In fact, to our surprise we could see the lake from one of our windows. We had a nice-sized room with a double bed and bunkbeds. The hotel did not have a map of the city - the 'shared' bathroom was actually in my room and someone else had a key to come in to my room to use the bathroom. That did not make me feel very secure to not have a way to close off and protect my belongings. During accomodation from 22 to 06 central heating is off!!!.
