very nice hoste with an excelent kwowledge of English very good airco in the room very clean room very nice breakfast tv in the room not far from busstop, supermarket and internet point. very friendly and helpful hostess - location near town centre and on Via Francigena (old pilgrims' path). Clean room, in good location at the foot of the old city. Excellent breakfast with great choice.
