Nice location with nice view on Cefalu, very friendly staff, lovely bedroom, modern and very clean, good breakfast on the terrace with good variety, free parking, and good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel. great hotel, friendly staff, great parking, hotel bus to town centre useful, food very good.everything, except the booking for a tour. This hotel leverages on being chosen the charmandrelax hotel of Italy, but there was not much charm other than two palm trees and a pool. However, other things that people usually complain about are not really major problems. The hotel is definitely up a hill, but there is a shuttle to take people down, and it is working perfectly well.The hot water wasn't hot to a problem. the only problem is that it's quite a distance from the old town, which is where we wanted to spend time. Otherwise, it's lovely.Although adequate for our own requirements, the pool area is small, basic and totally unsuitable for children. Not a place for children. The pool was very cold and the walk back to the hotel at night was quite steep and not very well lit. There was a courtesy bus in and out of town but not very frequent.I do not like that they had turned the air conditioning off given the fact that it was still hot and humid. They should be willing to turn it back on. when conditions warrant it. It's just outside of the main "old" and "new" part of Cefalu. Drive up the extremely narrow and dangerous (even for Sicily) street scraped up our rental car. :[ Hard water stains in the shower could be cleaned. Our "sea view" room was a stretch as all I saw was sky and some trees. Some nicer tennis equipment for rental fee would be great.2 things; * better service to beach and sun beds, * finding the hotel first time. Aircon not working properly. Lots of midges around pool.Not really; it would have been nice though if we could operate theairconditioning ourselves instead of a central one (which was okby the way). Small shower cabinet, swimming pool infested with mosquitos. Hotel's private beach was dirty and needed cleaning up.but we didnt like the french people who were staying there. The swimming pool would be very dangerous for any unsupervised children, but excellent for adults. The hotel does request that children under 12 should be supervised.The size of bedrooms. Hotel staff offered free room upgrade to superior room, they didn't realise that we'd stayed there before and the upgrade was no upgrade !!!. The shuttle works even on demand if you request from the reception in a timely fashion. There is a very decent private beach. The only problem in my opinion is price for value is quite low considering the general attitude.

By Train:
There are local trains to Cefalù from both Palermo and Messina. Once at the station you can take a taxi or the hotel can arrange a transfer.

By Car:
- From either the A19 Palermo-Catania or A20 Palermo-Messina motorways take the Cefalù exit.
- Continue for around 5 km towards the centre of Cefalù.
- After the first level crossing take the first road on your right and continue for about 400 metres.
- Look out for the hotel signs, which are posted along this street, then follow them to the hotel.
