  My wife and I were greeted by Mr. Francesco Andreoil ( Direttore ). From the moment we arrived he made us feel very comfortable. He assigned us a beautiful sea view room which was amazing. He also had one of his staff drive our car into the private garage as the space is very tight. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant around the corner ... what people say » from the hotel Polpo Mario,and the food and service was excellent!!. We can recommend this hotel with absolute no hesitation. We hope to return soon. - We have stayed here many times, every time we stay it's always such a calm, relaxing and luxurious hotel to stay in. The staff are always friendly and kind (they gave us a free upgrade too) but the location of the hotel, right on the beach in this lovely quiet location is perfect! Breakfast right overlooking the little bay is beautiful and a great start to any day or holiday.

  We had some great experiences there with the locals and the staff was very accommodating in guiding us through maps to find our destination. It helped that the owner and staff was able to speak english enough to understand us Americans. Of course it was rather comical when my husband and I saw the sign that said lift and assumed that was what they... what people say » meant we were supposed to put our luggage on talk about laughter as it started up the belt along side the hotel, lets just say that's not what they m - Friendly staff, good location (near beach, railway/road) easy to go both North (Genova, Portifino) and South (Cinque Terre). Although the railway was only 3-400 m from the hotel, noise was never a problem. Good parking facilities, reasonable breakfast.

  Our room was very clean. The price is logical as compared with another offers of the Italian Riviera. There were no problems with a toilette room in the corridor. The owners are very very nice and smiling people. The location is perfect - very quiet place with a nice view on the hill. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or drive to outside eateries. The community toilet was not an issue as there were at least 3 and were very close to the rooms which were semi-private.
