Helpfulness of the staff, value for money, good food. The reception was still open even though we arrived late 22.30.some of the staff were very competent. Nothing, worst value for money I have ever experienced, an absolute disgrace. If this is the type of hotel you can have on your website, it casts massive doubts on the validity of any information you provide.
