Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel owner.Staff were polite and friendly,hotel and rooms were spotlesly clean and tidy. the staff. Not much. It is not far from the center of the town. There is own free spacy parking nearby. We were suggested to have dinner on arrival. There are 2 balconies in the appartments. You can see a piece of mountains from the window. Heating is ok if you transfer to "maximum" (set at "minimum" on arrival). Breakfast is adequate in terms of value for money.
