Welcoming and courteous staff, excellent food of proper portions, the quality and design of the facilities, the inside/outside pool, wellness, mountain view... Clean and modern design; great pool and spa; very friendly and professional waiting staff. unfriendly owners; food at dinner always too salty; most annoying thing was being made to pay for tap water at dinner (was food made deliberately salty so customers would order drinks off the menu?!); the same food appearing at the buffet several days in a row; not enough parking places considering that, given hotel location, everyone will have a car.
