What people say

lovely rustic setting among olive trees and citrus groves, which was also close to the beach. Beautiful accommodation (4 bedroom apartment) which was spacious and clean. Very nicely kept swimming pool. On-site restaurant which served delicious meals at lunch and dinner. Hearty breakfasts. Charming and accommodating staff, in particular, Francesca. La Badessa is beautiful. Francesca and her aunt were wonderful hosts. The facilities were excellent and very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site but be warned - the antipasta is huge, but the food very good. Remember you are staying on a working farm - 78 hectares of olive trees - and work starts at 6 A.M. We loved it.
