  The people who run the guest house were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner (lady) speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. The pool was great for our kids. It is a great place can be seen as a base for exploring the nearby towns of Rome, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi ...
