  Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice beach and fantastic sea viev. The photos of the hotell are 100% realistic. Excellent restorant, we liked it more, than any in the city. - The hotel is located in a very quiet place of Calgiari. It's on a very beautyful beach and the view from the romm was awesome. The staff is nice. The terrace is wonderful.

  Really nice place in a great location, so close to all atraction of Cagliari, old town and train station. Room was clean and spacious. Personel was very helpful and kind, they gave us map with some indication and answered for all our questions. Breakfest was delicious and served in tipical italian bar, 20 meters from the hotel.   I've stayed there twice. I prefer the newly decorated rooms downstairs from the reception. I love the breakfast room, the fact that they light the whole place with candles at night, and the fact that internet is free.   Very good location to stay in Cagliari, old town with the authentic feel, close to restaurants and bars but in a quieter area perfect to be able to rest. The B&B is very comfortable and clean, feels brand new, recicled in an old building, and Viviana the owner and manager makes your stay feel more like visiting a friend than been a customer. ... what people say » Would definetely recomend it specially for couples and those looking to be be close to everything but also want to be able to rest at night. - The owner Viviana went well beyond her remit and found us a 'taxi' trip to our villa 40 k away through a personal friend. Augusta was so helpful and accommodating to us and our two toddlers. It was the perfect overnight stay for us and an easy drive to the airport.
