Great Amenities/Views when staying in Junior Suite. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff as they tried in earnest to respond in English and help with all my needs. For people with cars, their free parking was great and location was very accessible to the city as well as getting out of the city. Really enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool and turkish bath. Also, great morning breakfasts: solid selection.

We hired a car and arranged it through the information assistant at the hotel. Breakfast was good, and always being topped up which is a bonus.The hotel could not have been better; the decor, room, food, ambience were all excellent and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff were always helpful and courtesy at all times. The hotel was immaculate in appearance.Only two years old.Helpfull staff,efficient cleaners,the silence at night and the barkeep mixed a mean Negroni. Using the spa, as it was always empty around 2-3pm an we had the whole pool to ourselves. Also the staff were friendly, and although the cleaners couldn't speak English they were still friendly to us. Oh and the breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so much selection with pastries, cakes, breads, meats, cheese, fruit, cooked breakfast, jams and honey's and a large selection of juice.Well equipped, modern rooms with great views (if your room is on the upper floors of the "tower"). the design , both of the rooms and the hotel in general, and the large view over the city.The design. It's a nice modern hotel with good size rooms and nice bathrooms.The Spa was excellant and the treatments were very good. The hotel is very smart and has excellent facilities. It is away from the old downtown, but allows you to get around to the rest of Cagliari pretty well if you have a car. Bistro was pricey and food was better elsewhere. Not in the very city centre.A little further out than we expected. a bit of a walk into town. If I was picky, the only complaint I would have is that they offered free newspapers at breakfast, but only italian papers - but then again who really wants to read the english rags on holiday!. In the bar they only sold bottled beer,no draught beer.Way to pricey for the Wellness Centre.A bit nearer the city centre is a small gripe. The hotel was not as close to the city centre as we expected so we had to get taxis in the evening. Getting the taxi back was not very easy.Cagliari is very busy and the hotel is away from the centre. Driving wasa nightmare. Not very central. 1) Even though it is still mentioned on the website availiability of smoking rooms, hotel do not have them anymore, non-smoking only. So, if you are heavy smoker - keep it in mind when booking. 2) one member of the staff. 3) position of the hotel - not in the city center, so if having a dinner in center till late - it would be min 30 minutes walk back to hotel...4) prices for swimming pool use. Restaurant service was poor (we walked out after 20 mins with no attention) - no one seemingly in charge. Probably better as a business hotel than a holiday base - a little too big to expect any personal service.Lack of rest area in the room, meaning no lounge chair or sofa, which should be the difference beetween a room and a junior suite. There isn't outdoor swimming pool.It's very far out of the City Centre and the hot part of the breakfast was quite cold when we got to it. even a basic room in a business hotel should have tea and coffee makeing facilities. We had to complain about the room twice as it was not cleaned until 5pm and several dirty glasses remained for the duration of our 3 night stay. It was also unlcear that you would be charged for use of the spa.
