Great experience; the old (safe) elevator is a "going back in the time" experience, Valeria does not speak English but even if you don't understand Italian you'll understand her! (with arms, gestures, hands etc.) she's very enthausiastic. Excellent location, 5 min walk to the City Centre. Beautiful colours in the rooms; really Medetarian. Unfortuantely (again, happened more often in other B&B's) we had to "sit" in the bath tub to take a shower (or else the whole bath room got wet). But no problem with all the other positive aspects. Very very (!!) hard to park your car in this city! (be prepared for paying for parking places).
The was a little trouble with the lift, but help was on hand.
Indications to find the accommodation could be displayed more clearly in the address and on the door of the building.
No wifi, poor breakfast, hard to locate.

Rooms clean but a bit sparse and rest of apartment locked when landlady was out. would benefit from access to a shared fridge etc.
Also the bathroom is private but not in on-suite so you have to leave your room for showers etc.
Quite warm in the room but that was not a problem since we used the airco.
