Well positioned for walking into the centre. Also close to the walls for access to parking, and access, etc. Excellent help from the owners/staff, who spoke really good English. -
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. It also has a good location. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it as an excellent place to stay.

Excellent facilities, excellent room and pleasent staff. The only to be considere is that there is only one Bus that goes to the Hotel, that starts at 9:00 AM with 2 hours apart from each Bus. Otherwise there is a Bus at 1 Km. But, nevertheless the hotel is wonderful, excellent price/quality ratio. Highly Recommendabel!! - Very clean, tidy and quit

It was a very clean bed and breakfast place with tidy rooms and a very nice hotelkeeper. The breakfast was delicious, all organic food. Also the location was very good, not right in the center but very easy to walk to. Only ten minutes. Location is excellent. it is just about 4 min walk from the Bologna central. Price is very good compare to other hostels and hotels in bologna. I booked this place twice within 2 weeks as my first stay was very comfortable. -
