Excellent hotel. It should be 4*, not 3*. Very good room, breakfast, free (!) parking at hotel's territory. I recommend this hotel !. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well presented and the room was comfortable and kept very clean.The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was great, plus free underground parking.

Even though a manager (who was verynice) had told us there would be no problem.A bit out of the way but the centre is only 10 minutes walking and there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you downtown even faster.The smaller towels - it's like using a table cloth.Very poor air conditioning system. It is difficult to find and get to, because of a maze of one-way streets; the key orientation point is the main railwaystation.having stayed in the Best Western City Hotel in Sienna i was told when booking that there would be a shuttle service to and from the hotel however this did not materialise. we found the experience very difficult giving the fact that we had no car. we will pursuing this issue if this matter is not satisfactorily dealt with.
