  The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)

  The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The two people we met were Lucco and Marco. They were friendly and took time to answer questions about directions to the airport and to the old city of Bergamo and good places to eat. There were five of us traveling together. The hotel staff, including the housekeeper, all seemed eager to please us and run... what people say » a successful hotel. They made our stay enjoyable. - The hotel appears to be privately run/owned which shows in the attentionto detail, cleanliness and customer service which were all excellent.Breakfast was well laid out with more than adequate choice. Located in anice quiet area out of the centre which was not a problem for us as wehad a car. We ate at the Ristoro Vecchia just 5 minutes walk from theBerghotel - good food and not expensive.

  Little appartment with everything you need, even a kitchen and in the centre of Bergamo. Also with a parking place for a small amount a day you can park your car where the locals do their own. Irene, the owner is a marvellous hostess and gives you all kind of practical information, in very good english. Great value and has everything you need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy to return.
