Case Vacanze was absolutely perfect. The room met our needs in every way
and the location was only a five minutes walk from the funicular to Old
Town Bergamo. The best part of the hotel was Daphne, the manager. We had
a last minute change in travel plans that prevented us from getting to
Bergamo for a day. Daphne altered our reservation at the last minute so
we did not have to pay an extra night! It is that personal touch and
caring that makes this place one of the best I have stayed in Europe!. all reviews »
The apartment was centrally located in the the new town. The housekeeper was there to meet us and every day she came to clean and replace the towels. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a working Wifi connection. The owner was also in contact and again very helpful.If you are looking for a reasonable room in Bergamo well located for amenities then I would recommend.

top floor apartment was excellent, clean, modern, were were met at the front doors to be shown around, had e-mails and phone calls off owner to check on our arrivals.

Nothing, all went perfect.
on a noisy road with a nightclub open until about 3am next door adding to the road noise.
Although I booked a smoking room the ashtray could not be found. The road is noisy if your in a front room.
