This was a wonderful little hotel in Bavena and a very pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely helpful; the location of the hotel was great with easy access to the boats for the Lake District tours. Very clean hotel. Great value for the price of the room. Beautiful hotel. Superior room well worth it. Views great. Plenty of room. Lovely balcony.It was exactly as explained cleanliness was out standing cannotfault anything.

Slight noise from trains. No room service.The staff was not very accomodating. Not sure if it was language or just not trying to go the "extra" mile with recommendations, etc. noise from trains. Poor breakfast and were not willing to accept payment with AE although it was mentioned on your site. Beds were very hard. only one receotion clarck which spoke nothing but italian. no other meals besides breakfast. Pool was in constant shade, room in need of decoration.
