This is an amazing hotel. Everything about it is luxurious> It is expensive but good quality costs. Winderful balcony bar overlooking the lake. Rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. Staff are extremely friendly, especially to children. its an amazing luxerias hote that looks like a real palce ,good and comfort for all seasons ,with a superb breakfast. very good, excellent hotel. Everything- location, service, food - was very nice. We spent wonderfull time.

The hotel, the views, the service - everything was top notch. The view of the Lake Maggiore is breathtaking. The lamps and vitreaux give and idea of luxury that really makes you feel you are on vacation.The whole atmosphere of the hotel was one of calm and comfort. The staffwere very helpful and professional. very nice hotel, fantastic view and facilities.Breakfast is very special. It is pity that our room was not lake view. But I was satisfyed well. Excellent room facilities, nice pool. Nice breakfast. From seeing other hotels in Baveno, this appears to be the best. The views from the hotel were very good. We were spoiltthoroughly. Service was good just not perfect (e.g. shower broke and so it was obvious it was not fixed on the second day). The hotel does not have tennis courts. The tennis court is a run down court at the other end of town on top of a shed-not befitting of a 4star hotel. No drink making facilities in room. No children's menus.Services within the hotel were very expensive. The hotel charged to use the gym and sauna facilities, wireless internet and the internet point in the lobby were very expensive. The in-door pool and spas were very crowded. It was more family oriented than a place for young couples. Drinks in the bar very expensive - charged 7.50 Euro's per day forparking when street parking plentiful outside. Charge of 12 Euros per person per day for the use of Gymnasium. Should have been mentioned in your discription. Also should have been mentioned was the parking charge 7.50 per day. Murphy bed mattress was too firm.

A bright and panoramic crystal gallery crosses the garden and links the central building of the Grand Hotel to the Sporting Area. Neo-classic marble busts are positioned in small niches along the passage.

Another gallery, opened in summer 2002, on the occasion of the world presentation of Audi A8, added 125 more rooms. It links the Grand Hotel Dino to the Hotel Simplon, for the greatest convenience of the guests of Zacchera Hotels Group.
