  This place was a surprising highlight of our trip. This small hotel occupies a commanding view of Santa Maria Navarrese, and along the large beach towards Arbatax, especially from rooms with balconies. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would particularly recommend the day-long boat trip up - Great location! From our room we had the most beautiful view of the entire gulf. Its definitely not just a hostel: we had a double room with private bathroom. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. We had a fantastic holiday; really good value for money. In front of the hotel is a nice restaurant called "sa Cadrea" with a nice terrace facing the see, were we had delicious, typical local food and wine! Again: great value for money!   Hotel was well-located on a quiet street in a lovely, friendly town on the coast that is a gateway to the spectacular Gulf of Orosei region, with some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Italy. Staff extremely accommodating, including keeping their wonderful restaurant open and serving me dinner at 10:00 pm after my arrival had been very delay... what people say » ed. Rooms have full baths, air conditioning and a refrigerator, and parking in their own lot behind the hotel. The breakfast is also good. The restaur - The staff, specially every breakfast was an excellent experience to be treted that well. The room was excellent, including a terrace perfect to have a drink and relax. The location is excellent to get on te boat tours and pretty good to take your car angd go around some beaches and towns near Santa Maria.

  This hotel in fact is a village. there are a lot of villas, each of villas have 4 apartments but with separate entries We have been guest there for one night in october, and because the village is near the mountain we have found the night a little bit cold and the room was also chill with no heating source. In rest the villas are absolutely beautiful and very well equ - Luigi and his staff go out of their way to make things easy. The resort of Santa Maria de Navaresse is lovely but felt like it had closed down in October. A few restaurants remained open but it was really quiet - great if you want relaxing. There were free bikes which you could just take if you wanted to go to the supermarket. The pool and the poolside bar were great and not crowded at all. Because we left two days early, Luigi refunded our payment. It was our decision to move on but he insiste
