The staff were very good and very helpful when needed. We didn't have a car but the walk to the town centre was very pleasant. Bassano is a lovely old town with many attractions.

  The excellent staff and their attention to your needs. They were friendly, helpful, kind and supportive. Nothing was any trouble and everything done with a smile; lovely conversations and advice. Free mini bar useful when not expected - Food was great, service was excelent, and the receptionist is good looking lady.... :-)
