We (my wife and I) were most impressed by the service of the staff. We found they were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent for viewing the sites in the historical centre of Bari and the seaside. Breakfast is quite adequate. Great location with access to medieval city and shopping, banks etc. Very helpful staff. (I had some trouble with the internet at the start and they handled it wonderfully.) Terrific choice for flying in and out of the Bari-Palese airport.
