The appartment on the 3rd floor (room nr 9) was very spacious and clean. The terrace was a nice feature. The staff did there best to make ourselves comfortable. The access is very convenient through coded gates (you will get the codes beforehand), and the car park underneath the building is very handy (and the car elevator is an attraction by itself!). The location is perfect (100mtrs from the lakeside, and in the middle of the shopping/restaurant action). We only stayed a night but would easil.
all reviews » Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean...the exterior of the building is beautiful and the staff greeted us at check-in were friendly and welcoming! Great restaurants around and right in the middle of Bardolino. Really helpful staff, especially prior to arrival. Apartment was in a great location, very modern and clean. A cot and highchair were supplied at no additional cost! Highly recommend. We had plenty of space for a family of three in our apartment and they included a crib and high chair at no extra charge. location... The elevator felt like it would fail anytime, and the password for Wifi didn't work, but we didn't try hard to get it working either. We didn't realise the area was so peaceful, we would have stayed longer than 1 night and explored a bit more. Beds were rather hard. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for sometimes. no international TV news channels. Nothing. Could have done with a bit more furniture in bedroom. Garage takes a little while to get the car out, however it mmade very good entertainment with the car lift. This place was very expensive for an apartment. You are paying for a very central location and parking in the central area. There was no dish soap or sponge included with the "apartment," which was strange considering you have to wash all your dishes before you check out or you are charged. Penthouse suite, the "best" they have is a low garret/attic,very uncomfortable, view horrible, satelite dishes, chimneys, airco - units...priced as non refundable, (now we know why), pure misleading in relation to the confirmations, the worst experience we ever had...pure theft from your money.
