The staff were fantastic, they were all very well trained and veryattentative to our needs. better than described. great location and SPA facilities; friendly staff and available to help. We have a young children, we asked why the swimming pool has got such acold water ...the manager answered "I am sorry, but this is not an hotelfor young children..."...not a nice answer (never hear something similarin a 5 starts hotel....).
