This was our first visit to the east side of the Dolomites and on future trips we would definitely stay at Grand Hotel Gortani. This is an older hotel which retains much of its charm and comfort. The staff was amazing! We asked to change rooms (after our first room overlooked the street and we wanted something quieter) and not only did we get the change, but they gave us an upgrade.
