The hotel was budget-friendly for a 3-star hotel. The room was modern and neat, as well as the bathroom. I appreciated the power outlet in the bathroom as well as the fitted hairdryer. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helped me as well as they could under difficult 'language differences' circumstances. The hotel was situated close to Arezzo's city centre. The hotel is located in a very busy street and I had a street-facing room, therefore I experienced a lot of street noise. I struggled to communicate with the hotel staff as they were not able to speak English and I only know limited Italian. There is not sufficient parking at the hotel. The bed was quite hard and the duvet very thin.I had to take the extra blanket out of the cupboard, but I was still cold.
