  The hotel is located on a height of the island of Capri. Beautiful view from windows, small balcony, clouds almost nearby. Nearby, beautiful and quiet streets for walks, fresh sea air, a wonderful view from an observation deck! Absolutely nearby a stop of small buses which will take you in different parts of the island, in five minutes of walking ... what people say » - a cable car elevator which delivers you to the top of the mountain. Breakfast in hotel very tasty and nutritious, benevolent personnel. - The views from our room and the dinning room were spectacular. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Antacapri and the bus stop. The breakfast bar was well stocked with lots of options. We opted to eat in the dining room instead of our terrace because you have a panoramic view of the coast. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. We were surprised to get such a nice room for the money.

  Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

  Comfortable room with a GORGEOUS patio with an incredible view. A lovely property...a bit "tired" but we were among first visitors of the season and it will certainly be "spruced" up, I'm sure as spring progresses. As an older, historic hotel, it is not as clean and new as your run-of-the mill hilton back in the States, but if you are looking for old glamour and charm at a great value, this is a fabulous spot on the island of Capri.

  Without a shadow of doubt the best small hotel we have stayed in anywhere. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the hotel absolutely spotless. Fantastic location and family run nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The same family also owns the excellent (and very reasonably priced) restaurant called Gelsomina where the waiters seem to be fro... what people say » m the same family. Fabrizio , who appeared to be the youngest brother also double up as the hotel minibus driver, his driving approches manic but his - We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Ceselle. It was a nice, small & family-run hotel. The transfer to/from the port was great, as well as the transfer to their sister hotel with a pool. Our room was clean & spacious, although we missed out on a balcony (even though we booked a room with one).

  Staff's helpfullness - Rooms smell wonderful. Rooms were very clean. It was relaxing. Veryclose and convenient to shopping at different shops on Anacapri side.Seggiovia chairlift to the mountain is only a 6minute walk!! Que bueno!!

  The sea view was breathtaking and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Better yet was the family who ran Da Gelsomina. They were so gracious and they spoke English very well. They are wonderful people and the best Italian cooks, they had homemade pasta. The restaurant was very relaxing and beautiful and the pool was the best around. Their restaurant isn't always open for dinner so make sure you have lunch there as the food is delicious. It's about a 30min walk to Anacapri but if you don't want to walk they will drive you there and pick you up whenever you want. The distance out of town is worth it for the view and peaceful surrounds.

  The hotel was really beautiful, and it is in a good place in a nice quite street not far from the main road. The building has a wonderful garden too. Serenella and Claudio was really nice with us they made everything for us to feel conftortable in their place. The breakfast is also perfect with fruits, sweets and sandwiches.   Alle Ginestre B&B was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer. We loved being away from the busy city center and Anacapri was quiet and serene. Our room was very clean and comfortable and looked newly renovated. We had a terrace outside where we could look off to the sea. He showed us where we could take the walking road to the coast for vi - I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and breakfast. If you are looking for the luxuries of TVs this is not the place.. if you are looking for fun, comfort, peace and quiet this is the spot for you. The rooms are of good size and well maintained. The views are breathtaking and extremely beautiful. Constanza is the best host ever... Great family owned location... I will be recommending this place to all of my friends.
