This is a small family run B&B. They really are inviting you into their home and city. Maria Grazia is there for breakfast and is eager to help with any recommendations for your stay, and she speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nice large balcony. The breakfast was very filling. They kept our bags for the day as we had a night flight, and were even kind enough to let us shower after we returned from the beach. Overall great stay.

The room is so clean, spacy, and cozy. And so are the shared bath and kitchen. I really thank the owners, the help me to get the guidence I need and let me feel relaxed. The location is also good. Claudio and his wife were very welcoming. On a day when the buses were on strike, Claudio went out of his way to give me a lift to my favourite beach and fetch me back punctually at an agreed time. Breakfasts were lavish, and it was good to have access to the kitchen any time for making the odd cup of tea or coffee.

We stayed for only 2 nights but I would choose this place again. In spite of proximity to the beach and old city center you dont feel like living on Khao San. You are staying in Italy among Italians but still close to POI. Room is quite big, clean and street not noisy. Even though they don't have 24 hour service no problem with late and delayed arrival like ours at 2 am. WiFi working well.
