  Staff great. We arrived around midnight and owner picked us up from station which I thought was superb service. Also allowed us a later checkout complimentary as we got in so late. Walking distance from Train Station. - Very close to railway station and central Reggio. Nobody in attendance which is fine - you just have to realise that.

  Lucia, the host, was extremely kind and friendly. She even came to pick us up at the ferry terminal. We really felt like guests more than clients.   Staff was very helpful. Even with a language barrier they always called someone who spoke the language to make sure we had all our questions answered. Facility was nice and very clean. Room was larger than expected, very secure and close to the main strip.
