Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling.
Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant.
The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge. -

The front desk was very cordial. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (wake up call, taxi service at 5:00 in the morning) was handled professionally. It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7.
