The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. The night manager also escorted us to the bus stop. Exc

It's a great hotel with a professional staff that took the time to "personalize" our experience. Great restarants close by within walking distance. I'll come back again next time!

Large comfortable bedroom with good bathroom. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very clean and very quiet. Easy from airport and worth doing before going on to Venezia propper. - It was a really nice and clean hotel. The best we've gotten for our money.

The hotel was very clean and they were very hospitable. Parking was very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel which seemed quite nice, but we unfortunately did not dine there. - Reception staff very friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was good - nice choice and quality. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. It is hard to find initially, but overall it is a great location. Very quiet. The staff was great. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean. -

This is a small and older style hotel but had real character, it is in a little alleyway not far from the Rialto Bridge so the location is excellent. Hotel Staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate, the lady at reception gave us a map and showed us the way to the major attractions as well as her favourite cafes and restaurants.
The hotel courtyard was a lovely little place to sit for your breakfast.
