The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. The location is a bit tricky but it seemed that everything was hard to find in Venice even with all the signs. - Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant ambience.
