It is a safe and clean hotel in the mist of a busy city. - Very helpful staff available 24 hours. Very quiet given position of our room overlooking a main road. Very safe and secure. Many hotels in same price bracket probably wouldn't compete.

Everything. The hotel is situated rather close to the Central Station, it is easy to find a street. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. -

Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. Very nice staff, absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is well-located, very close to the city center (app. 10 minutes walk from Piazza D'uomo), and very close to the fancy bar, Spinella :) On the other hand the rooms are not noisy at all. Large, clean rooms, well equipped . The balconies facing Via Etnea are small, but yes, you do see Etna. Very nice staff, both at reception and breakfast. The central location on Via Etnea is convenient; of course it comes with street noise - but the solid window shutters together with the air condition solved our sleeping problems. In short, excellent value for money.

The rooms have a high ceiling according to the old concept of building healthy, airy and unstuffy rooms. The Auberge de Castille in Malta has the same style of rooms on the inside.
The breakfast was very good and the choice of cereals was to my liking. As a coffee drinker, whether cappuccino or American, both satisfied my appetite. Service is generally excellent.
A very friendly and genuine treatment throughout our stay.
