Lovely farm setting close to the main airport runways (Fiumicino). Perfect if you have a car. There is ample private parking. If you don't have a car it's a bit "in the middle of nowhere". On our arrival, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A dinner table was promptly booked for us as we arrived in the evening. Restaurant food was excellent

Our stay at AgriSesto was by far the highlight of our trip. Francesco, Gloria, Massi & the rest of the family provided amazing service and were really helpful during our stay... There was literally nothing they couldn't do for us!
Both myself and my partner strongly recommend staying here, the food is excellent and the accommodation itself was perfect.
Will definitely be visiting again next time we visit Rome.

Great location, amazing conditions for the price paid and the staff (Damiano and his mother) was great. They also have bikes if you need to ride around the area.
If arranged, they can even pick you up and drop you off from and to the airport. The beach is within walking distance with beach side bar and restaurants.
Totally recommend Ren & %Ross for a short stay or even a few days to enjoy the sea.

Great place to stay before or after arrival at Fiumicino airport.
Laura met us at the airport (return price at 10 euro). Italian breakfast My husband left his coat in the arrival hall, Laura phoned for us to 'left luggage'. very kind, also she tried to do everything possible to give you a good stay at Il Focolare. I certainly would recommend this B&B. 5 Min. walk from the sea.

We stayed here because we had two people leaving on a 6 am flight out of the airport. It was perfect for that and enabled my husband to come back and catch a few more hours of sleep after dropping them off. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our kids had fun playing in the large yard while we repacked the car. It's also just a few minutes from the beach. We didn't spend long on the beach, but it was a nice diversion.

Well worth it and will recommend.
We stayed for two nights and travelled into Rome by car.
Our room was big and well furnished but the real thing is the excellent taste in décor!

So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home.
