So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. The room was well-equipped and they had complementary water bottles as well (i know that's not lavish, but having to go out for buying water is a big turn off).
