  The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The apartments ( we rented 2) are immaculate, and the owners are so hospitable. We have 3 children 4 and under, and this was a wonderful place for our stay. We will certainly be back again! By the way- this would be an amazing location for a family photo shoot.

Just wanted to pay attantion to several fact only because for someone that could be decisive and crusial: very small rooms but cosy, about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro station. He spent time going through with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. Who even neatly folded and hung our clothes and - We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and
