  Lovely hotel...GREAT Location, Staff and Value!!! This hotel is evenbetter than other 4 star hotels in Rome! Simply the greatest valuefor money! - The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice and the rooms were large, clean, with good furniture and were very comfortable.

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice! Notice that there's no food available in this hotel except minibar, minibar prices are listed i... what people say » n the room. - It was in a great central location to see all the sites. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience Rome.

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
