The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Relaxed atmsophere. The food. The price. The rooms had been renovated and are quite spacious. lack of information about Aqua Terme and surrounding area. reception lobby could be refreshed and reception staff more welcoming. Extreme high and extra charges for using pool and sauna. The woman at the reception was not the most friendly. She was rude and when asked for help she gave us little. On a positive, there was a male employee that was very courteous, and if not for him, I would have lodged a complaint on the woman.
