Here, you can make the most of your body's reaction to the mud-therapy, or acclimatise after the grotto. The tepidarium is the ideal way to help strengthen your immune system, and acts as a general preventative measure, revitalising the body. The environment creates an artificial state of fever which increases the speed of your metabolism and helps to reduce any excess fats.
