Good locaton inside the old city and close to the waterside. Good location for tours to historical places Friendly and sevice- minded personnell. It was a good arrangement with access to breakfast and dining facilities and swimmingpool at Emely hotel. Very good value for money - for $60 you get a nice room and clean bed. Good breakfast is served for hotel guests in a nearby hotel (belongining to the same owners) for around $10 per person - recommended. Very nice experience.

The central location of the hotel is perfect if u dont have a car and you want to "enjoy" the city. It's 5/10 minutes to the central bus and next to all the beaches of the city (you will have to pay at least 30 nis, per person if you want to go to the sea). There's quite a good breakfast in the hotel just next to Aviv Hotel, it's really good and full of choice but you'll have to pay 40 nis per person again... I liked that it was there and that they had my booking, but that's it. Given the low cost, I was completely satisfied. No shampoo. Old furniture, but decent. One of the towels was dirty. There is a teapot in the room, but no cups. All is good for the money they take (don't expect for luxury). None. N/A. No towels provided. The desk staff had the worst attitude - I couldn't believe it. I asked for a wake up call. That couldn't happen unless he woke up himself. I think he might have slept on the leather sofas there in reception. No breakfast except a very expensive one at the next hotel. some things needed mending. But dealt with promptly. When you hire a bike you expect the bike to be well maintained. Mine wasn't and the wrong gear adjustments started to show in the afternoon. Afterwards they said they would have delivered a new bike to me even during the day. Nothing of this was mentioned in the morning. The picture on the website does not show the hotel, but the building for the food. This is misleading and caused initial confusion. Require some renovations. maintenance of the bathroom facilities is poor. Forget the frigidaire. Close to the lake ,and the main road,and near the center. no light in the kitchen, basic equipment was missing. Staff were rude and would do everything they could not to assist with advise on the area to help booking an excursion! AVOID. Broken furniture. The owner and people who work there are really unfriendly and not nice. Don't expect them to help you or make your vacation more pleasant... I think for what we payed we could have found something better in the city.. Wouldn't advise this hotel, and wouldn't advise to go in Tiberias for holidays..... The best way to really enjoy the Kinneret is definitly by car !!!. Staff just not interested in their guests, long hairs left in every corner, fridge didn't work, TV had no connection. big noise ，not confortable.
